Founded in 2005, Oxford started as a commercial real estate advisory and tenant representation brokerage, but quickly shifted to the principal side. Today, Oxford owns and operates a diverse portfolio of shallow bay properties totaling 600,000 square feet which 170 thriving businesses call home.
