Eric Goldberg – Principal Broker

eric_goldbergEric Goldberg is the principal broker of the firm and brings an accounting background, diverse business experience, and over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Oxford. Eric began his commercial real estate career acquiring, leasing, and managing retail and industrial properties in 1990 and is currently responsible for the management and/or leasing of 400,000 square feet of property. His focus is the Washington, DC metropolitan area, primarily Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties. Eric began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG International where he concentrated on auditing financial institutions and real estate concerns for 4 years. He left KPMG to join his family equipment rental business, overseeing its growth from $2MM in revenues and 35 employees to over $8MM in revenues and 150 employees. In 2000, he oversaw the sale of the company which was completed in two separate transactions, one to a public corporation.

Education: Washington University in St. Louis – Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting

Background & Experience: After college, received CPA certificate and worked for 4 years for KPMG in the audit department specializing in audits of real estate concerns and financial institutions.

Mordy Itzkowitz – Executive Vice President

mordy_itzkowitzMordy Itzkowitz joined Oxford in 2010 as Executive Vice President. He specializes in representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in the leasing, sales and acquisition of office, industrial, and flex space. Throughout his 14-year commercial real estate and corporate career, Mordy has represented numerous local, regional and national companies and clients across a spectrum of industries including defense, healthcare, retail services, manufacturing and distribution as well as real estate investment sales. Mordy joined Newmark Knight Frank in Washington D.C. in 2000 as an office / tenant rep agent. In 2006 he joined Corridor Reznick, a Baltimore-based commercial real estate brokerage firm as a Vice President. With Corridor, he specialized in industrial sales and leasing. His experience has allowed him to combine his keen sense of the real estate markets with a knack for finding undervalued real estate to uniquely assist his clients in maximizing investment value and obtaining solutions to their real estate needs. Mordy is well-versed in a broad array of commercial real estate transactions.

Josh Hall

josh_hallJosh Hall began his real estate career while still on active duty in the navy, investing in real estate and assembling his personal portfolio. While in the Navy he served as an engineering project officer for deep ocean salvage, research & development, and emergency ship repair projects. He later served as a Project Manager, and Business Development Manager for a large defense department contractor in the DC area, before his transition to real estate as a full time career.

Education: Josh holds a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from the US Naval Academy, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Background & Experience: Josh is licensed in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia. In addition to his brokerage work, Josh is active in many philanthropic causes in the metropolitan area including his involvement with COMPASS, a local non-profit consulting group affiliated with Greater D.C. Cares.
